The entrepreneurial legend and serial business mogul Amit Bohensky is the Founder and Chairman of Zoomd Technologies Ltd. (TSX-V: ZOMD) (OTC: ZMDTF). Mr. Bohensky began his education in Biotechnology at Ort Braude College in Israel followed by pursing a Bsc, Computer science, chemistry at Bar-Ilan University and an MBA in Business at Kellogg Business School Northwestern University in Tel-Aviv.
Mr. Lichtman is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Israel Growth Partners, an investment firm based in Israel that was established in 2014 and with assets under management totaling $570 Million. In addition, Mr. Lichtman has invested and served on as a board member in several companies which include, Flayvr a company sold to AVG, Crosswise which was also sold to Oracle, Hexadite was sold to Microsoft, Cloudigo was also sold to IBM. Mr. Lichtman has also invested in the IPO round of ZOMD. Mr. Lichtman has over 35 years of leadership and product experience along with over 20 years of investment experience and 10 successful mergers and acquisition transactions.
Another high-profile investor that is linked to Zoomd Technologies is Mr. Mario Nissan. Mr. Nissan is the CEO and managing partner of Lip Ventures Boutique, an investment and innovative boutique that connects and builds value for stakeholders in the technology and innovation ecosystem. Lip Ventures has vetted over 10,000 companies, a portfolio of 200 companies, has raised $1.5 billion and is represented in over 180 countries. Mr. Nissan has also held several executive roles such as CEO of MercaRed, CEO of Templeo.com, CEO of Tecnosinergia and CEO of MAZ.
With a MBA in Strategic Marketing form the University of British Colombia and a B.Sc in Math & Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, Mr. Elyashiv is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of experience in product delivery and business, Mr. Elyashiv has worked both with start up companies and fortune 500 companies. Mr. Elyshiv is also Founder and a board member of Securitize, a white-label solution for tokenization of funds, companies and other assets. Mr. Elyshiv is also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Spice Venture Capital, the first fully liquid venture capital fund. Mr. Elyshiv has been an investor in ZOMD since 2013.
Ido Gur is a season business executive and serial investor from Israel who has graduated from Tel Aviv University with a bachelor’s degree in Physics and also holds a master’s degree in Physics, M. Sc from Tel Aviv University. Following his graduation, Mr. Gur has held several executive roles including CEO & President at VocalTec, a leading Voice over IP (VOIP) cloud-based communications company VocalTec engaged a reverse merger with YMAX Corp. and subsequently in 2017, magicJack VolcalTec Ltd was purchased for $8.71 per share by B. Riley (NASDAQ: RILY) as part of the acquisition. Mr. Gur has been invested in ZOMD since February 2013.
Carl Hoffman is an experienced investor and entrepreneur whose formative years began as a graduate of Mathematics, Computer Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), teaching assistant and research assistant at the AI Lab and Project MAC, a project of mathematics and computation. Mr. Hoffman is the Co-Founder of Basis Technology Corp, a leading software company which utilizes artificial intelligence techniques to comprehend complex unstructured data and documentation in different languages. Rami Lipman is an early investor in ZOMD. In 2013, Mr. Lipman along with Eyal Chomsky. Gigi Levy-Weiss, Moshe Lichtman, Rafi Gidron and Tal Elyashiv invested in the seed round for Zoomd and allocating a total of $7 million dollars into ZOMD. Mr. Lipman has also investment in other companies such as Tonara, TrenDemon, 3G Multimedia, Actelis Networks, SalesPredict. Mr. Lipman also had a successful exit of Big Blue Parrot, a social gaming company which was sold to Playtika for approximately $10 million with an initial investment of $2.5M from Mr.Lipman, Mr. Levy along with a variety of other investors. Other investors includes, Eyal Chomsky, Nathan Lowe, Rafi Gidron and Sebastian Tonda.
