Universal PropTech (TSX-V: UPI) (OTCQB: UPIPF) a growing leader in the property technology industry rallied yesterday on record volume as shares of UPI closed a high of 26.5% or up $.065 to close the trading day at $.31 Cents on over 4.3 million shares traded!
Yesterday, UPI announced that one of the Company’s Indoor Air Quality (“IAQ“) partners has received a significant Purchase Order (“Order“) to provide IAQ equipment.”, and the deal is estimated to be worth between $6.5 Million to $10 Million dollars! UPI is booking between $350,000 to $500,000 in commissions from this single sale! This significant order represents their growing interest to invest in indoor air quality solutions to keep tenants, workers and students safe from COVID-19, the flu and other airborne pathogens”.
This great news comes following news which was announced last Friday where the company announced that UPI is expanding its distribution of Air Sniper products across all of Canada and UPI will be exploring additional sales targets in the United States! Previously the company entered into an exclusive Master Distributor agreement with Air Alpine Innovation Inc., the makers of Air Sniper and this previous agreement only allow UPI exclusive distribution to the eastern provinces of Canada, however, now under a revised distribution agreement, UPI is now able to sell Air Sniper products across all of Canada and even the United States.
Based in Calgary Alberta, Air Sniper has been providing complete indoor air quality solutions (IAQ) to businesses across Canada since 2015. Air Sniper products have been designed and manufactured in Canada with all their products being made in a 45,000 sq. Ft ISO-certified facility, and third party tested by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Airmid HealthGroup.
Air Sniper manufactures over 10 different indoor air quality solutions including models which helps in purifying the air around us for the soul purpose of removing the presence of the covid-19 virus through the use of UV-C technology. Demand for Air Sniper products can be seen with the recent purchase from the Peel District School Board (PDSB) located in Southern Ontario. Air Sniper’s air purification technology will be rolled out through 2021 to the school board’s 257 schools, protecting students and staff in the region!

In addition to recent developments, UPI continues to secure revenues from its core business as the company announced on June 1st that its wholly owned subsidiary VCI Controls Inc. has received a purchase order valued approximately CAD $550,000! The purchase order is for the installation of building automation solution for a Toronto film studio. It’s great to see that Universal PropTech is able to expand its operations and secure additional purchases orders in all kinds of industry such as the film and entertainment industry! With the $550,000 purchase order on June 1st and the recent distribution partner which UPI is recording approximately $350,00 – $500,000 on June 7th, this would amount to almost $1,000,000 in sales in just the first week of June!
